The BDA Ambassador Program is an exclusive leadership opportunity for dedicated dancers who represent Bridget’s Dance Academy both inside and outside the studio.

Dancers must apply to be considered, and ambassadors are selectively chosen by the program leader based on commitment, character, and leadership potential.

Ambassadors serve as role models for younger dancers, assist with studio events, and actively participate in community outreach and volunteer service.

The program is designed to develop confidence, leadership, teamwork, and real-world skills in communication, branding, and service—while embodying the values and spirit of BDA.

Ambassadors are held to higher expectations and accountability standards. As part of our company-wide points system, ambassadors are required to maintain elevated point thresholds and may not fall below established benchmarks in order to remain in the program. This ensures ambassadors consistently model professionalism, responsibility, and excellence.
